Registration Discounts
Member Discount
National Council members get the steepest discounts, saving $400 on conference registration and $150 on institute registration. Not a member? Review our extensive array of membership benefits and contact us to join today!
Super Saver Discount
Register before January 9, 2009 and save $400 on conference registration, $125 on a full-day institute, and $100 on a half-day institute. Full payment is required before the deadline to receive discounted registration rates.
Group Discount
Groups of 3 or more from the same organization will save an additional $50 off of each conference registration. Just enter the coupon code save50 on the payment page of each registration and the discount will be applied automatically.
Package Discount
Register for the conference along with a full-day institute to save $100 and along with a half-day institute to save $50.
You can take advantage of multiple discounts at once.

Awards Dinner Tickets
Tickets to our annual awards dinner are currently available for puchase with your registration. Tickets are $95 and can be purchased through your conference registration.
Substitution and Cancellation
Registration cancellation or substitution requests must be submitted using the cancellation or substitution form available from Shellee Chen at shelleec@thenationalcouncil.org
A service fee of $75 will be deducted from all cancellation requests. A service fee of $25 will be deducted from all substitution requests. The cancellation/substitution deadline is March 20, 2009. Registrants who do not cancel by March 20, 2009 and do not attend the conference will be responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 20, 2009.
